Dr. Rebecca Malouin serves as Associate Dean for Global Health and Director of the Global Health Institute. She is a health services researcher with a specific interest in primary care. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. in international health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a M.S. in epidemiology from Michigan State University. She served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Niger.
