Dr. Rebecca Malouin serves as Associate Dean for Global Health and Director of the Global Health Institute. She is a health services researcher with a specific interest in primary care. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. in international health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a M.S. in epidemiology from Michigan State University. She served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Niger.

Dr. Mattison serves as Associate Dean, MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine Strategic Initiatives and Operations, and Detroit Medical Center.

John G. McGinnity, MS, PA-C, is the founding Director of the PA Medicine Program and Professor at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in East Lansing, Michigan. He is developing a team-based program, training PAs alongside medical students to improve access to care for Michigan citizens. My research primarily focuses on peripheral microvascular function and skeletal muscle energetics in aging and disease and following exercise intervention. My lab uses ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy to assess metabolic and vascular function.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Marista in Merida, Yucatán México. Currently she is the MSU Projects Coordinator and Executive Assistant in Mexico, focusing on educational exchange, collaborative research and outreach. She has been the bridge between Michigan State University and various collaborating institutions in Yucatan.
