Continuing Medical Education
The MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education provides professional development opportunities that improve health care providers' ability to care for their patients. We recognize the important role that continuing medical education plays in the preservation of excellence in patient care and in the enhancement of the well-being of patients and the community. The college is committed to providing educational opportunities that strengthen participant competence, performance and patient outcomes.
We provide a wide array of educational activities to physicians, nurses, dentists, and other allied health professionals worldwide, including live conferences and seminars, multi-day manual medicine courses, faculty development programs, web-based CME and enduring materials. We also work with area hospitals to provide CME credit for medical grand rounds and case-based programs.
The college is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education.
