Outcomes

The Curriculum Outcomes Report details performance data on key outcomes for the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) program such as COMLEX-USA licensure examinations, graduation and match or placement data. This report is shared with the intentions to both foster transparency and to promote continuous quality improvement of D.O. program curriculum outcomes.

Data in the Curriculum Outcomes Report is presented based on the most recent academic year, cohort or calendar year, as available. Data typically addresses three consecutive years to allow observation of trends across time. Each section of the report includes a narrative discussing the data cycle and corresponding insights. The report is framed theoretically by four distinct levels of assessment.

Questions about data, related calculation methodologies or other report details may be directed to MSUCOM Assessment Specialist, Sara Potter, at potte105@msu.edu.
