CGPI Training - Conflict Management and Prevention

This session will discuss conflict in teams and allow us to consider some of the basic assumptions that we hold when thinking about conflict. After considering our own individual approaches to conflict, we will then discuss ways to navigate through conflict when working as a part of a team, as well as tools that can assist in this space.
