Michael H. Mullins, DO is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Surgical Specialties and a board-certified anesthesiologist. After earning his medical degree at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Mullins completed his residency in anesthesiology at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, MI. Dr. Mullins’s clinical interests include treatment of patients with chronic pain and the difficulty of treating patients with opiate dependence/tolerance/addiction, as well as pain management and regional anesthesia using ultrasound technology and tissue palpation utilizing osteopathic principles. He is a previous Director of the Michigan Society of Anesthesiologists, with an interest in serving rural communities.
