Daniel L. Richardson, DO, FACEP, is Co-Clinical Coordinator of the PA Medicine Program and Associate Professor at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in East Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Richardson has over thirty years experience as an Emergency Physician in suburban Detroit serving as the Associate Residency Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Beaumont Hospital, in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Dr. Richardson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State Univeristy in East Lansing, Michigan. He completed medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and residency through Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Richardson is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians as well as the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Richardson has a special interest in Global Health and is a founding Board Member and the Director of Missions for World Health Partnerships. He has two college aged children and lives in Okemos, Michigan with his wife Dr. Melissa Richardson.
