Katherine Ruger, Ed.D.

Dr. Katherine Ruger currently serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Executive Chief of Staff at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine where she provides advisory support to the dean on a wide range of internal and external matters. She drives communication, collaboration, and alignment across the college, working to advance the mission. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University, master’s degree in counseling from Wayne State University, and doctoral degree in education with a focus on organizational leadership from Pepperdine University.
