I was born and raised in Michigan, attended MSU for undergrad and currently live in the Lansing area. I am a proud graduate of MSUCOM that has always loved working with children hence my passion for pediatrics. We frequently have rotating medical students in our clinic but I love to talk or provide opportunities for undergraduate or new medical students that are considering a career in medicine/pediatrics. Skylar Skeels is a Community Clerkship Administrator at Michigan State University's Department of Psychiatry. She works to schedule, help psychiatry clerkship students get the information they need, and notify students of their grades. She has always had a passion for helping people. Whether as an assistant soccer coach or being there for a friend in need. Outside of work she enjoys her family, music, agriculture and horror movies.

Dr. Smith is the Director of the Learning and Assessment Center, which is a multidisciplinary simulation center serving COM. Her doctorate is from the MSU Higher Adult and Lifelong Education Administration program. She is also a Fellow in the Academy of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) and ex-officio Chair of the SSH Accreditation Council. Her research interests include simulation methodology, higher adult education and administration and interprofessional education.

Adam Storts, MS, PA-C is an Assistant Professor in the Michigan State University PA Medicine Program. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He went on to complete his Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University.
