Dr. Debalina Bandyopadhyay is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as the Director of Operations of the MSU College of osteopathic Medicine's Detroit Medical Center (DMC) site. Dr. Bandyopadhyay’s primary responsibilities include providing functional administrative leadership at the DMC site.

Alissa is the Administrative Assistant for the Wellness & Counseling office, and an advisor to Peer Mentors. She has worked at MSUCOM since 2010. Alissa enjoys working with students, and helping them schedule appointments for anything from counseling and peer mentoring, to meditation and mindfulness. In addition to her role at MSUCOM, Alissa enjoys summer, reading, writing, and spending time with her son.
