Sarah Kovach, SHRM-SCP

Sarah Kovach serves as Director of Human Resources in the college’s Business Office. Sarah interacts and partners with executive leadership across campus, including MSU’s Central Human Resources, the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives and Employee Relations. She consults with departments for staffing issues and personnel actions, as well as job description development and the annual raise process. She is also responsible for researching, analyzing data and compiling reports to assist with the dean's strategic planning.
