A Michigan native, Dr. Gerstner attended Lawrence University in Appleton, WI for his undergraduate education. He completed medical school at MSUCOM in 2013 and stayed in mid-Michigan for residency in the Sparrow Hospital/MSU Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Marita Gilbert joined Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine as the Associate Dean of Osteopathic Engagement & Community Practice.
