Shirley Harding, D.O., FACOS

Shirley A. Harding, DO, FACOS is an Associate Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Surgical Specialties.  She received her medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, after which she completed a urology residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. 

Dr. Harding has an extensive record of educational and academic service.  She has taught urology courses at MSUCOM for over 30 years and served for over 10 years as the Urological Surgery Lead Program Director for the MSU Statewide Campus System.  Dr. Harding served as the Chairperson of the Department of Osteopathic Surgical Specialties for over 20 years.  Dr. Harding was awarded the Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons in 1997.
