Cara Ludlow, LMSW, CAADC

Cara is the Assistant Director of Wellness & Counseling services in the College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Prior to joining the COMmunity, Cara was a mental health therapist with MSU’s Olin Psychiatry and most recently served as the Alcohol and Other Drug Program Coordinator for MSU’s Health Promotion. Cara is passionate about working with students in creating safe, unconditional, and empowering spaces that supports students' personal well-being and academic success.  An engaging trainer, Cara regularly presents to academic departments and student organizations.
