A native of Traverse City, Michigan, Dr. Taylor lives and works in the small African country of Malawi for 6 months (January - June) each year. While there, she helps to coordinate elective experiences for 24 COM and CHM students (3 six-week blocks of 8 students each); the students and Dr. Taylor share the "MSU House", conveniently located within walking distance of the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre. Dr. Taylor's areas of expertise include infectious diseases (virology, bacteriology and parasitology), immunology, and medical education.

Howard Teitelbaum, D.O., Ph.D., MPH, is currently Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Curriculum Assistant in the Academic Programs department. I handle RCPD accommodations, exams, and excused absence requests. I have been with MSU since June 1997, and with MSU-COM since April 2008.

Sandy joined MSU in 2003. She currently serves as the Business Administrator for COM Department of Orthopedics and COM Department of Osteopathic Surgical Specialties. Prior to joining COM, Sandy served as a Clinic Manager for MSU Sports Medicine. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.
