Mary Katherine (MK) is a dedicated mental health professional with a background in neuropsychology, developmental disabilities, and psychotherapy. Her skill sets include psychological assessments, diagnostics, and effective treatment plans. Her mission is to provide a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment where students can feel comfortable exploring thoughts, behaviors, and emotions openly on their journey to personal wellness.

Amy immigrated from South Korea to the United States when she was in high school. During the difficult time of adjusting to a new culture and language, she developed empathy for people going through grief, disappointments, anguish, pain, and frustrations. She has provided counseling sessions to children, teens, and adults for more than 20 years in the US, South Korea, China, and the Philippines. Cara is the Assistant Director of Wellness & Counseling services in the College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
