Compliance
This page is designed to make MSUCOM compliance clear and easy to maintain. At the top, you’ll find a quick summary of the requirements you’ll revisit each year, which is most helpful for current students to stay up to date.
Further down, you’ll find detailed explanations of every compliance item – what each vaccine or test includes, how many doses are required, what documentation to submit and when. This detailed guidance is intended mainly for incoming students, since most requirements only need to be submitted once. After initial onboarding, you’ll only need to update two recurring requirements – annual TB screening and influenza vaccination. Occasionally your Tdap vaccination may need an update, depending on its expiration date.
Please remember that maintaining your compliance status is an ongoing responsibility. Updating your annual requirements ensures uninterrupted participation in clinical and academic activities, so review your requirements regularly and submit updates weeks before they expire.
