Confidentiality
MIchigan State Unversity College of Osteopathic Medicine complies fully with the letter and spirit of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which governs access to, and confidentiality of, student records, as well as university policy.
In accordance with our Secure Student Recordkeeping Policy, the College of Osteopathic Medicine does not release student names and addresses for commercial purposes.

Release of Information
Release of information to a third party requires all students to complete the Release of Information Authorization form. Once completed, please email to the Office of the COM Registrar (osteomedreg@hc.msu.edu) for processing.
Request for Student Information
All data requests are subject to approval and compliance with FERPA and university policy.
